The purpose is to display key considerations, role knowledge, pain points, needs/gaps, and other key data in a centralized, engaging, easy-to-understand way.

Key Deliverable: Customer Journey Maps

This product is a visual representation of the various interactions a customer has with a company throughout their relationship, outlining the steps they take at each stage, including their emotions and potential pain points, to understand their experience and identify areas for improvement.

Methodology: "Building an Upskilling Engine"

Training won't stick or make an impact without a plan to scale, govern, and sustain the effort. This deliverable was meant to codify the process of building tailored training, considering the timeline of sprints, phases, and carefully-thought-out workstreams. This is to prepare the client to become self-sufficient agnostic of contractor support, empowering the organization with a repeatable approach to upskilling, higher capacity for workforce development, and kick-ass change management practices.

Key Deliverable: Master Training Plan

This visual was offered to key stakeholders to enable an easy look across the market of available trainings. The idea was to show trainings by costs, information, knowledge area, and times/availability. This arms Directors with all the knowledge they would need to make an actionable decision around "next steps" for workforce development. This resulted in ample time saved, and significant improvements in the training selection/approval process.
